Midnight madness

September 27, 2006

It’s 1:38am and I’m still at the office fixing a production problem, trying to find a work-around for the batch run to continue. Yeah, it’s not fun anymore. The same crappy thing also happened yesterday giving me only a few hours of sleep. Oh well, what can I do? I’m just a regular employee here. Not a boss or something. This whole thing is giving me a real headache!

Just when I thought the problem was resolved, another one came out. I think I’ll be spending another couple of hours here. Ugh, I wanna go to bed. :(

Incomprehensible logic

September 26, 2006

               Y created X.
Y thinks that he/she is responsible with X.
Z validated what was done by Y regarding X is correct.
W said that something is wrong with X.
               Y thought that W is blaming him/her.
W thinks that he/she simply stated a fact.
W asked V if what he/she has said is perfectly fine.
               V answered yes.
W now firmly believes that he/she is correct and that
he/she doesn't owe anyone an apology.

Untitled

September 20, 2006

I wish that one day I would realize that life is not a race but a journey. That I will enjoy every step of the way and not focus on achieving big things without taking pleasure in small things that come my way. That there is no such a thing as ultimate end.  That now is more important than tomorrow.  For tomorrow is nothing but an empty and meaningless word.
